Chi Phi Announces Bicentennial Events and Celebrations in 2024!
In 2024, the Chi Phi Fraternity reached the momentous milestone of being the the first (and only) men’s social fraternity to reach 200 years of existence. In recognition, our National Fraternity is holding a variety of events across the country to celebrate this achievement, and is offering bicentennial merchandise (including an updated edition of The Chronicles of Chi Phi) via the fraternity website.

Recolonization - What it Means and What it Will Take
Alpha-Tau is poised to take the first steps toward recolonization on the University of Michigan campus — provided we get the participation of our alumni base. ATCHA President Matt Herring explains what is at stake and what is needed to make recolonization a reality. We are hoping to have a team in place by October 1st, 2023; we encourage you to consider stepping up and taking a role in restoring Alpha-Tau to U/M’s campus.

You’re Invited!
… to pledge $1,530.00 a year for the next three years becoming part of the new 1530 Club, LLC. Our goal is to recruit enough members to raise $500,000. The funds created by the new investment group will shore up the leaking porch, repair the common areas, refresh the individual rooms, expand the 2nd floor bathroom, and engage National with the recolonization process. This new LLC will become part of the oversite body supervising the house’s upgrades and coordinate with 1530 Partners and ATCHA for the ongoing management of our house. Your investment would come with the security of collateral in the real estate along with the possibility of earning some interest.

Whether it's volunteer, financial or moral Alumni backing is at the heart of everything we do.
But our communications, events and direct support for the chapter relies on dues payments to the annual fund. As alumni, we play a critical role in making sure our Chapter lives on.
